Excited to be a First Time Blogger!

Hi Everyone,

As you can see from the title, this is my first time blogging. I have been hearing about OwenBloggers and reading it for a while now but I never thought that I would be a part of it... now that I am, I am SO excited!

A little about me... I am 27 years old and originally from California- specifically, Fremont (those from the Bay Area, you can feel my affection and my pain)!  I am also a first year student here, at Owen concentrating on Marketing and HOP. I used to live in LA before I came to school and I absolutely loved it (who doesn't love living by the beach)!

Lots of prospective and current students have asked what it is like for a West Coast girl like me to live in the South and that is what I plan to talk about in future blogs. That said, I would be happy to answer any questions you have so feel free to post them.
